This all started when we first experienced hospitality at Raith Rovers for my 40th birthday. We enjoyed it that much that we decided to stick away £20 each a month and when we had enough in the pot, we’d try some more venues. The plan was to avoid the prawn sandwiches and comfy seats of the top tier teams and sample the lower leagues. Seeing what the smaller teams had to offer on smaller budgets. After our first paid experience at Arbroath we realised that the lower league clubs in Scottish football rely heavily on their hospitality packages as a source of income on match day. Our blog is to not only share our experiences but to promote the events and hopefully encourage more people to attend the lower league grounds that Scottish football has to offer as they are genuinely a good day out.
